Oestrogen: infertility, cancer and environmental chemicals

Not many of us realise the impact of how we manage oestrogen in our bodies on fertility and certain cancers, such as cancers of the reproductive system and breast - in both males and females. While we focus on treatments to overcome these conditions, we do little to address the cause. Our environment is now so overloaded with chemicals from farming which change the way in which we manage our own oestrogen by disrupting the normal pathways, so that we start accumulating "bad" forms of oestrogen which may suppress ovulation, causing infertility or promote cancer while other chemicals interrupt the manufacture of oestrogen, and cause PCOS. Over the years I written on these topics and here is a selection which you you are welcome to download the PDF and read at your leisure.
